Join Dr. Gerald Plovsky as he discusses dementia symptoms. He will explore how to have difficult conversations with loved ones about their care. Dr. Plovsky will also review home care options for this challenging and painful cognitive decline, as well as when home care is no longer viable.

Dr. Gerald Plovsky M.D., has been practicing adult and geriatric psychiatry in the Greensboro community for over 20 years. His areas of interest are the treatment for depression, anxiety and psychotic disorders. He also evaluates and treats Attention Deficit Disorders and his specialty is related to Dementia with psychiatric complications. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Virginia and completed residencies in psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati and in Internal Medicine at the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati. He is board certified in adult, geriatric psychiatric and internal medicine.
