Wednesday, September 1 at 8 p.m.
Enjoy a one-hour live virtual cooking class with James Beard Foundation award-winning chef Michael Solomonov (restaurateur and author of the Zahav cookbook) and New York Times bestselling cookbook author Adeena Sussman. Holiday recipes will be shared with registered participants, and audience members will be able to submit questions.
Those who register will receive a Vimeo link to view the event live on Wednesday, September 1, along with links to download the recipes and ingredient list – to prepare the Holiday Menu ahead of time. The event will be available to view on demand using the same link until Wednesday, September 8.
