It Takes Two with Lianne McCray presents:

Why eating is so hard for AuDHers, and how to make it easier.
Online event
Sunday, July 19Β  β€’Β  3–5 p.m.

This workshop is all about how being Autistic, ADHD, having ARFID (or all of the above or other traits of various neuro-divergences) can impact our ability to eat. Answering the age-old question: "Why does food have to be so freakin' hard??" we'll demystify what exactly is causing the stress, enjoy being in community with others who understand, and talk about potential strategies to help you be well-fed, spend less time stressing about food, and have more time and energy for the things you love.

NOTE: Pay-what-you-can option available when you click "buy tickets."

Unsure if you belong here? Like the cat in the cardboard box, "If I fits, I sits." So if you're drawn to this event, you are welcome.
