Mental health is a vital part of overall wellness, yet it’s often overlooked—especially in caregiving settings. Stress, isolation, grief, cognitive decline, and chronic illness can all impact a person’s emotional well-being. Topics covered in this workshop include the Challenges of Caregiving, Managing Stress, Identifying Signs & Sources of Stress, and Taking Action to Reduce Stress. Â
