Naomi will cover dealing with stress, breathing techniques, turning mind chatter into positivity, and finding forgiveness and gratitude. This is an opportunity to connect and grow as we enter the high holidays.
At the workshop, Naomi will explain the importance of your mindset and your thoughts (conscious and subconscious) in creating your reality, dealing with stress and staying hopeful in every area of life, especially with regard to your health.
You will learn how to turn the "mind chatter" around that is usually discouraging and make it work to your advantage instead. Equally important are gratitude and true forgiveness. Naomi will clear up confusion around what forgiveness truly means, and how to harness the power of gratitude to bring much more into your life for which you can truly feel thankful.
